Angela was first interested in yoga as a way of complementing other forms of exercise buy then yoga transformed into a source of serenity from a career in the corporate world. After practicing for years, Angela wanted to deepen her practice and learn more, so in 2002 Angela completed the Prana Yoga Teacher Training with Jeff Migdow, MD in NYC. Since then Angela has continued to receive teachings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Prenatal, Childeren's, Raja and Restorative Yoga.

Sandra Natarelli
Sandra J. Natarelli has experience in the fitness industry totaling thirty plus years in the following modalities: 15 years AFAA Certified aerobic instructor, dance experience, weight training, kickboxing, cardio pilates, strength conditioning and power Walking. Sandra is also certified in Body Pump and Group Power training classes. In Sandra's prior years she has performed in body building competitions and has trained and choreographed routines for several local body builders. Sandra's passion in dance has inspired her to create several styles of movement i.e. (Latin, African movement, hip hop, jazz, ballet, modern) into a class format. Sandra's passion for teaching and motivating others results in having clients maintain a healthy and strong balance in their life.
